I specialize in counseling women, young adults, and adolescents. My sessions are personally tailored for each individual and address multiple aspects of well-being. Living a balanced life is certainly not easy with all the challenges we face today. This led me to develop and facilitate workshops emphasizing holistic wellness. My professional experience also includes providing therapy through private practice, at Jacksonville University's counseling center, as well as teaching leadership classes on campus. I am the recipient of the Brooks Rehabilitation Healthcare Sciences Award for Clinical Excellence in recognition of my counseling work. I'm also a spouse, a parent (to middle and elementary-aged children), and a Ph.D. candidate. I've lived in many states across the country and am grateful to have lived in sunny Florida for the past nine years. I hope to be a source of support for you, wherever you are in your life.
